1. Sign up & Login

You need a user account to access our booking system. Creating an account is essential for seamless operation and to better serve you. Follow the instructions below to create your account:

  1. Click the ‘User’ icon in the top right corner of the header or use the first option among the floating buttons at the center right of the screen to access the login/registration page.
  2. Fill in your username (must be unique), a valid email address, and a password (using a combination of letters and numbers) in the provided fields.
  3. After clicking the ‘Register’ button, your registration process will be complete, and you will be successfully logged into the dashboard.
  4. Inside the dashboard, you can explore options to change your password, add a billing address, view your booked tickets, and log out of the system.
  5. Please note that adding a billing address is required for the booking process, so we strongly recommend adding an address before proceeding.

2. Booking a Ticket

1. Click on the “Events” option in the main menu to access a list of upcoming events. For more specific event searches based on location, category, or name, utilize the “Event Search” page located next to the “Events” option.

2. Select the event you wish to book by clicking on the event thumbnail or its name, which will take you to the event details page. Here, you’ll find comprehensive information about the event, including the schedule and ticket booking options.

3. Adjust the quantity of tickets you want to purchase and then click the “Buy Ticket” button to proceed to the next step.

4. The following step is where you enter attendee details. Input the name and email of each attendee for whom you’ve booked tickets. Once completed, click “Confirm” to move to the cart.

5. In the cart, you can review the ticket details. If you made a mistake with a ticket, click on the “x” icon next to the event name and repeat the process with the correct ticket. If everything is in order, click the “Proceed To Checkout” button to complete the process.

6. During the checkout process, you can edit the billing address and choose your preferred payment method. Click the “Place Order” button to proceed to the payment.

7. After completing the payment, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You can also find the order details in your dashboard under the “My Tickets” option.

8. Until the payment is confirmed by the authority, you won’t be able to view the booked ticket, and the order status will be displayed as “processing.” Once confirmed, you will receive an email about the status update, and you can view/download the ticket from your dashboard.

9. If you have multiple attendees, individual tickets for each attendee will be generated and displayed on the “My Tickets” page. You can download each ticket and share it with the respective attendee

3. Joining the Event

  1. You should reach the event gate on time (time shown in the schedule at the events page) with the ticket. 
  2. You can bring a printed copy of the ticket or you can show the ticket in your BLACK JACK user dashboard from a device. 
  3. The event manager will scan your ticket for checking its validity. Once verified, you will be able to join the event.
