- Under the registration area, enter a Username, Email & Password. Make sure the username you enter is unique.
- Click on the “Register” button & you are good to go. You will be successfully logged in to the dashboard.
- Use the settings/ options in the dashboard to edit your profile. Add a billing address to complete the profile makeover. You can also find an option to change the password if necessary. Username and Email cannot be changed.
Login to the website and visit the “Events” page from the main menu. Or click here to reach the page.
Browse through the events and select an event you need to book.
Select the Ticket variation (if there are multiple variations of tickets) and enter the number of tickets you need to purchase. After selection, click “Buy Ticket” Button.
Enter the details of Attendees and click “Confirm” button.
You will reach the cart page where you can check the booking details. Once its done, click “Proceed to checkout” button to reach the checkout page.
In the checkout page, you need to enter the billing address if its not added already from your profile. If you have added those details already, the form will be filled automatically.
Select the payment option (for making the payment) and pay accordingly. After the successful payment, you will get the report about the payment on the screen.
Once the payment is completed and your order is processed completely, you can view/download your ticket from your dashboard.
After the successful payment, you will be informed about the booking order in your registered email. Till the order details and payment is verified, the status will be shown as “under processing”. During this time, you wont be able to view or download the ticket.
Once the order details and payment is verified, the order status will be marked as “Completed”. You will be informed about the update via registered email.
Now, you can login to your dashboard to view/ download the ticket. Click Here to view your tickets.
You can show the e-ticket in your device or a printed ticket (as a hard copy) to the event Manager at the Event gate. The event Manager will scan the ticket to verify its validity.
If you have purchased the tickets for more than 1 attendees, individual tickets with qr codes will be generated in the names of each attendees.
The tickets can be downloaded from the dashboard, and share to the attendees. The attendees can show these tickets individually at the event gate to get it confirmed.
So it is not necessary for all attendees of a single booking to be present at the event gate at the same time.
